Delivery Terms

Delivery Procedure

All orders will be processed and dispatched within the selected time slot at the checkout.

Upon processing, customers will receive a confirmation email containing order details and delivery slot.

Delivery Delays in Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or logistical issues, customers will be promptly notified. Alternative delivery options or rescheduling may be offered to accommodate any delays.

Delivery on Weekends

Weekend delivery options are available for the convenience of receiving orders on Saturdays and Sundays. No additional charges will apply for weekend deliveries.

Delivery on Holidays

We are pleased to provide holiday delivery services on select occasions, with advanced communication to our esteemed customers. Please note that deliveries may not be available on specific holidays, such as Eid. Any adjustments to our operational schedule will be communicated well in advance.

Refund Policy

Refund Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted through the customer support portal within 7 days after delivery. Refunds will be processed if the ordered product becomes unavailable, and the proposed alternative is not satisfactory to the customer. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Refund Days

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days upon approval, following standard banking procedures. Our support team is available throughout the refund process to promptly address any queries or concerns until the refund is credited to your bank account.

When Refunds Are Not Acceptable

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer fails to report the issue within the specified time frame.
  • Inspection of fresh and frozen items upon delivery is crucial, and any issues must be reported promptly for satisfaction. Refunds for these items are not applicable post-delivery.
  • Refunds will not be accepted for opened or used products.
  • Refunds will not be issued for perishable items unless they are received in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
